III. Advertisement Specifications/Cost Information
Online advertising charges must be paid in full before ads will be posted. If artwork is not provided electronically as a .jpg file at the appropriate size, you will incur additional production charges at a minimum of $50 per hour. Rates quoted are for RGVAA members; non-members pay 20 percent more per placement.
- Cost: Homepage exclusive $600 for (3) months
Homepage section-only $300 for (3) months- Ad size: 230 (width) x 33 (depth) pixels
- Placements: Online advertising is contracted in quarterly increments (90 days from posting of art). Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with existing advertisers offered the first right of refusal.
- Artwork: Electronic copy shoud be provided at the appropriate size in a .jpg file format.
- Terms: This agreement is non-cancellable. Payment is due in advance before artwork is posted.
The undersigned represent and warrant that they have the authority to enter into this contract
and hereby agree to the terms set forth above. Acceptance of this Agreement does not waive the right
of the publisher to reject any Agreement for ad space or reject any advertising copy.
